Included in registration fee
The registration fee includes admission to all presentations, coffee breaks and lunches during the main conference, welcome reception, and the conference dinner. You will also obtain a USB memory-stick containing the proceedings.
Welcome Reception 15 June
All participants are invited to join the welcome reception. Light dinner and drinks will be served and there will be plenty of opportunities to network and get to know the other conference participants.
Conference Dinner 16 June
The conference dinner will be held on 16 June 2015 at the island of the Trekroner Fortress – www.trekronerfort.dk. The fortress is located on an island in the harbour of Copenhagen, so in order to get there all participants will take boats. More information about this will follow. We hope you will join us for a delicious buffet dinner accompanied by good wines and take the opportunity to network with the other conference participants.
Accommodation
It is no longer possible to book hotel through CAP Partner. In stead we recommend that you book through booking.com.

By bank transfer or credit card through the online registration system. Payment by bank transfer is due 14 days from date of invoice

Cancellation terms
Cancellation of registration and accommodation must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at info@cap-partner.eu. Cancellations postmarked before 1 May 2015 will be refunded deducting administration costs 20 euro. After 1 May 2015, accommodation and registration fees are non-refundable. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
